Addressing the complex challenges of First World countries health system requires the right type of innovations for the different type of challenges. Any transformation agenda needs a mix of both sustaining and disruptive innovations.

Nothing like spending 12 days with seniors and new seniors to gain insights into what's on their mind. Sharing meals. going for outings, doing activities together and having great conversations is a real privilege. Better than any survey or interview!! A lot more fun too.

The chorus of "more funding needed for health services gets louder each year. Yet it does not seem to address the sustainability question for First World countries health system. Doing more of the same and expecting a different result is madness.
